PRIVACY POLICY

We (the Site Owners), at ChronicBackPain-Relief.com are committed to
protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we
collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for two
reasons: to process your enquiry and to provide you with the best
possible service and assist in developing the site’s content.
We will only email you in the future if you have given us your consent
to do so.
We use Aweber’s autoresponder service to send emails to subscribers.
When you register for our newsletter and free 10 Day Course, you will
receive an email straight away asking you to click a link to confirm
that you wish to receive information from us. Once you confirm that you
wish to receive our information, you will receive Part 1 of your course
shortly afterward. Parts 2 – 10 will be sent one at a time over the
following nine days. We will continue to send regular emails
(normally 1 - 4 a month) keeping you up to date, until you choose to
unsubscribe.
We will give you the chance to refuse any email from us in the future.
If you no longer wish to receive our emails, you can unsubscribe by
clicking the link at the end of any of our emails. Unsubscribing by
clicking Aweber’s Unsubscribe Link will be effective immediately, and
you will no longer receive emails from us.
We do not collect any information from subscribers other than first
name and email address.
If you make a purchase from us, we will collect enough information from
you to process orders. This may require us to collect your name, postal
address, telephone number and email address. We will never collect
sensitive information about you without your
explicit consent. And we will never share this information with any
third parties.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. It is possible
to obtain a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you find
any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. A nominal
charge of $29 is made to cover administrative costs involved. Should
you require a copy of such information, please email us.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of registered
and non-registered visitors to our site. This can include using a
“cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify
your browser to prevent this happening (for example, using Internet
Explorer select ‘internet options’ from the ‘tools’ menu, then click
‘security’, followed by ‘custom level’ and select ‘disable cookies’).
The information collected in this way can be used to identify your
computer’s IP address unless you modify your browser settings. We also
aggregate this data to perform statistical analysis of the
characteristics and behavior of our registered users and non-registered
visitors. Cookies are also used as a further means of ensuring private
and secure purchase sessions are operated within the site.
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements on
our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also
known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising
effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via
cookies and action tags is completely anonymous. Your browser can be
modified to not accept cookies.
